Nurtured Postnatal Yoga Classes

Nurtured postnatal yoga classes include a combination of movement, balance and breathing techniques to effectively strengthen the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles and release tension in the body. This pay weekly postnatal yoga and relaxation class provides a safe space just for you as a new mum to stretch, recharge and aid your postnatal recovery.

Classes support your health and well-being by using movement. mindfulness and relaxation to allow you to regain your strength and reconnect with your body in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Classes include:

  • Gentle postnatal yoga
  • Movement and poses to relieve tension in the body and improve posture
  • Time and space to reconnect with your body and mind
  • Relaxation and mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and
  • A focus on restoring your pelvic floor and regaining core strength
  • The perfect space to meet other new mums in a positive, nurturing and supportive environment
  • A private Facebook group to ask questions and get support
  • Access to a postnatal WhatsApp group
  • Additional virtual support from Tara

The classes are suitable from approximately 6 weeks or 10 weeks (if you have had a caesarean birth) up to 2 years postnatal and you don’t need to have practiced yoga before to attend. Postnatal yoga is a great way of safely restoring tone and strengthening the whole body whilst sharing the experience amongst a community of other mums.
